Which are the b+ measurrement/test points on these monitors? This one takes a while to turn on, I have checked for cold solder joints at the neckboard and remote adj. pcb.

Ok, but my question is: where can I test this 94v?, I do know that the negative probe of the multimeter should go to a negative leg from a capacitor, can't remember which one, where does the positive goes to get the correct reading?

OK, I remembered wrong.

Put your red probe on the fuse / TP1 and black probe on TP2. Be carefully not to short them. Use insulated alligator clips if in doubt.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what does TP1 and TP2 mean?, are those markings on the chassis PCB?

They're small 1-pin headers on the parts side. Both are next to the fuse.
