I’m planning to buy this toshiba tube with Nanao chassis but the question is,
is this work perfectly on Sega New Astro City?
I just want swap the current tube (current tube is toshiba too with Nanao chassis but have burn) with this tube, is it only a matter of plug and play?

Yes, unless someone has butchered the wiring on your NAC then it all goes through the 15 pin connector on your last image.

NAOMI is swappable between 15khz and 31khz (although perhaps not all games?). It's the monitors in NAOMI's that probably make people think it's 31khz only.
