Hi,
I just replaced all electrolytic caps on a nanao ms8-29FA. When the screen turns on, the picture is amazing.
But the screen is very capricious and seldom turns on. When it does, it happens to shut down after a few minutes, without a warning.
I measured all caps i put on with a multimeter and they all matched their nominal values;
I did not buy a pre-made capkit but rather inspected the board and selected all caps according to the values of the old ones.
Of course, I made sure they were all oriented properly.
I also checked for any cold solder joints, which i reflowed (around Q532 and so forth).
I'm not sure this is due to bad connexions since the board receives the 100V.
In addition, i replaced the caps in the PSU and measured correct values for 5V, -5V and 12V with a PCB wired.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
I found many posts on that matter on the web, but none were solved... Hopefully my chassis is not on the verge of dying..
Thanks for your help
