Cannot get a RGB > VGA converter to work.

I rewired a megalo 410. A game is playing blind. RGB Cable R, G, B, GND , Sync.

I connect the vga to my vizio lcd as a test before I get a projector for this.. No dice. Doesn't give me any input signal. Any idea what could be causing this?

You’re using an RGB to VGA converter? And you’ve checked that’s powered correctly?

Turned out the VGA connector on my other TV was busted. This was easily resolved by trying a smaller LCD. I need to fix that TV's connector.
