Looks like the x-ray protection board. PrincessPrinPrin described its function in a thread about another monitor.

Really a big thank you :thumbup:

in the past I have a big electric flash.
all levels of settings have collapsed even geometry.
so I decided to make a full Capkit, to change the RGB amp and another Toshiba chip and also the murata mmc-pcs03

the flybacks are the usual cause of flashover and will most likely need replacing, the problem is getting one
