MS2930 to Sanwa tube

Hi there,

I have a question, and I think this is the right place to get help, been reading the whole forum, but before to make my purchase, I really want to be sure.

I've got a Blast City with a ms2930 trisync 15-25-31 chassis not working, (A68KSM696X Thoshiba) tube is gone, broke neck, but I managed to repair the chassis I believe..
have found this tube and chassis (Naomi European stand up)
Sanwa 29E31S (73SX701Y22) only 31khz.

would it be possible to keep the tube, use the Toshiba yoke with ms2930 chassis? Or at least keep everything as above and directly swapping to my Blast using my ms2930 chassis?
Sanwa tube and Toshiba are identical in terms of size, and I think I'll have no problem at all to mount it.

The tube is compatible, and yes, you'll have to swap the yoke. The 2930 yoke is 0.200mH and the 29E31S is 0.300mH.

Both tubes have the same curvature, so your plan is solid. Make sure the 29E31S tube is in good condition.

Hi there, sorry for the delay, i basically swap the Toshiba tube with the Shanghai Novel and fits perfectly fine into the blast (same shape), for the chassis i couldn't repair the ms2930 and use the stock Sanwa 29e31s, picture and geometry it's fine... finally I've found a brand new Toshiba PF D29C051 Real Flat 15-24-31 Auto, superb pictures at 31, great at 15, manage to backmounted (made special long screws),

That is pretty much everything, looking forward to sell my Shanghai Novel and refurbished 29e31s chassis
