Condensation or scratches on MS9/Egret 2 Monitor?

Hi all,

Got a couple of Egret 2s recently which I'll be restoring. I noticed they have a kind of 'ripple' under the glass. The tubes are obviously sealed but I'm wondering if this is condensation or somethign else on the tubes? I've attached a video of one. Hope it can be remedied as they are virtually burn free. Thanks for any help.

Could this possibly be tube coating? It seems like it's a 'layer' under the glass, if that makes sense.

It's blotches on the anti-static coating. It looks like it's under the glass, but it isn't.

Cheers Nem, have chatted to a few people now as I picked up two project Egrets the second one, not pictured, is almost definitely what you suggest. I'm not sure with the one above. I'll attach some more pictures shortly.

Some more pictures. Monitor 2 looks to be the coating, number 1 when zoomed I'm not so sure.

Monitor two is definitely scratches on the antistatic coating.

As for Monitor one, I'm going to say it's burn in. Some games can result in odd, irregular patterns. It's not uncommon. Not everything is insert coin and credit texts.
