Toshiba A68KJU96X 31khz - > 15khz

I've bought a pretty badly burned Nanao MS9 with a Tosh A68KJU96X tube this weekend as a spare.
I found out that the burn free Nanao MS2932 from my Naomi Uni Con is supposed to have the exact same tube.
Would it be possible to transplant the MS9 together with its yoke to the 2932 tube? Any difficulties on the horizon if I'm doing so?

Yeah, you can do that. The only difficult part is getting geometry and convergence spot on with the new yoke.

Yes, I did exactly that.
Keep the rubber tabs and place the MS9 yoke exactly where the 2932 yoke was. I got some luck with that and had great geo and colors from the start.
