Nanao MS9 - Distortion (Cap Kit needed?) Picture

Hi! The distortion on my pic is the best I get after adjusting (on PCB and controll panel). The width is set too wide in my picturelink below. If I adjust it correctly, the distortion waves are much more intense.

So I tooked the PCB out and saw that all the capacitors looked like new from the outside. On a sticker inside the board is an handwriting note: (R 091122). Maybe a date where they did a recap?
Could it be that good looking, 10years old caps are bad?

On the board I see no dry or broken joints.

Bevor I start to recap everything, I thought I could ask you gents if you have any idea?

What brand are the caps?

What are you trying to connect to your monitor? Is it a SNES or some emulation thing? Do you have anything else you could try?

The caps are from nichicon. I'm connecting a PC throu Jamma. So yes, emulation. The setup was build from a friend which runs the same in his cab without problem. So you think this could be related to my PC?

Nichicon won't go out of spec in 10 years.

Does your friend have a MS9 as well? Can you test your cab with a regular jamma board?
