Modern PC in Blast Cities

Since Blast Cities and all the Namoi cabs use 31khz video, it's possible to hook in a modern PC using VGA correct?

I want to convert a Blast City to play modern typing games. Is it possible to get the right screen size in windows and plug this PC into a Blast?

The GPU on that PC is a GTX1060, it doesn’t support analogue (needed for VGA) it’s DVI-D, which is digital

So you would either need a digital to analogue converter or a different GPU. Probably easier to build your own pc or buy one without GPU and then add that’s suitable for your needs

I am using an AMD card with CRT EMUdriver.
