partial vertical collapse, i expect this is a ms8-29?

Yes I guess it’s that monitor. It’s not in my home.
So one of the pots at the remote board perhaps?

could be a pot but unlikely unless someone has physically broken it- more likely is vertical deflection ic or cap failure or bad solder joint

The cabinet has been moved to him and tested there.
One day later this problem came up.
