Sega Blast City - Tate monitor convergence

Hi everybody

finally managed to rotate my monitor to tate :D

having some convergences(?) and was not sure wether that can be fixed with the pots or not?

would that be then the pincushion consortion or the trapezoidal consortion?

Poor convergence means the colours blur in the corners. Poor geometry means the screen isn't straight. Convergence is usually improved with magnetic strips on the tube whereas the pots on the monitor chassis adjust the geometry.

As far as I can make out, neither look particularly bad from the pics you have posted, but you might want to post a picture of the cross-hatch screen in the test menu.

Blast City monitors seem particularly prone to convergence issues in my experience, especially along the top (now left). As always with monitors I'd advise that unless you're confident in what you're doing, just leave it alone.
