Difficult to see on this video, pic is maybe more explicit but I see the lines wavy, like floating. In game it's not really noticeable since the eye is everywhere but focused on the lines of the hatch it's unsetting. I didn't notify such an outstanding manifestation in other games before. Usually, image on those old tubes aren't very stable but this time it impressed me. What do you think about this? Could be the voltage? I always let 5.14v for every game, maybe it's a mistake to do that this way (the game there is Acrobat Mission - UPL '91).

I didn't notify such an outstanding manifestation in other games before.


Maybe check other games too. Could be an issue with the PCB.

disconnect degauss coil and see if it goes away

While you're probably right, I've had the same issue and also might add my input on this one.

I was running a 29" Sanwa PM1745 with an underpowered 110->220v converter and it did exactly the same effect as mentionned above.

Switching to a 300W converter solved the problem away.

Just tryed but no effects
- what's that degauss coil for? Is it possible to always disconnect it?
