V. Hold and H. Hold issue - Sanwa PM1723C

Post by rewrite »

Recently recapped my Sanwa PM1723C monitor because it had always looked a little off and had recently started having troubles locking onto H. sync but would settle as it warmed up.

Well, now it rolls vertically and has a /really/ hard time finding H sync. When it does, the image looks much better, but of course now it's rolling.

I know it's nothing to do with the cab wiring as I've popped a different monitor in front of it and no issues, and nothing to do with the game.

And I triple-checked I didn't put any caps in backward.

Where do I go from here?
