New Astro City Monitor shows no video

At 11 seconds you can see a brief line of video then the screen turns off, I do see a glow on the neck from the back of the cabinet looking at the monitor.

Reseating the cable for the remote board from the control deck to the chassis on both ends fixed it! Very first thing I tried!!
