Nanao MS7-18 - wiring it up

So I am helping a friend with their new cab. Just bought it off a guy, the wiring in the cab was all cut up, but he showed the monitor working on his test bench.

Now that it's at home and we're wiring it up JAMMA from scratch, RGB was easy to figure out.

But I'm left with two questions:
Where do the two Degauss lines go? Just to each side of the button and you're good?

What about Video Ground, and sync?

I see no documentation in the wiki.

Video ground and sync are next to the RGB pins on the same header and surely screen printed. I don't think there is an option for a degauss button, just the header for the coil.
