Neo 25 image stutter

I recently sent out my neo 25 chassis for repair- it’s a TC-A252K toei chassis. I have also replaced the edge connector as it was brittle and falling apart. I have great geometry and vibrant colors, but the image is slightly shifting to the right and back to the left. I have reflowed connections on the Jamma edge, checked voltages- anything else I should look for- I am planning on replacing the video cable as it is ratty and most of the shielding gone. I have tried the h sync pots but I have only been able to get it to a slight stutter.

I had a similar with a NOS Aero where the step down was inside the cab, moved outside and all good, do you have a transformer nearby tbat could be causing the issue.

I don't think there is a transformer inside the cab.

Here's a cellphone vid I have of the stutter- sometimes it gets a little worse, and sometimes it stops for a few minutes. Theres also some speaker noise even with new speakers but that's an issue I'll tackle after the monitor is sorted.

Does it flicker a lot? I had a similar issue on an Aero City - removing the bulb helped. Worth a try.

I will try it when I get home. I didn’t think about that.

Still stuttering- I am hoping the replacement video wires will sort this out.
