White bleed

I just plugged a replacement chasis to my NAC until I get mine serviced and just found out two things. First the white bleed to the right, I had never seen this before, but it is rather annoying:

Also the RGB screen from a CPS2 looks weird:

Any idea what can cause this?

It looks like interference, try moving the video signal cable around, see if it has any effect. It could also be video ground related.

I had a minor version of this going on and a recap fixed it for me, along with other issues.

Really? Caps looked quite good. I guess it wont hurt to trying.

Had the same problem, fault is in some of the diodes on the neckboard.
