I wouldn't bother finding an exact replacement. RGP30J or DG1 will be fine and easier to find.

Is the diode actually blown and the fusible resistor before it good?

The legs broke, the diode was completely rust...

My bad it's D572, not D570, it's a smaller diode and nothing written on it.
