60 in 1 iCade on VGA monitor

Anyone know how this board looks in 31khz? I have this oldskool cocktail which has a pretty old monitor and only want to put this board on it, so thought of putting a nice 19" VGA monitor, you can find them on a regular basis somewhere on the street ready to be picked up by the trashman. I'll only do it if it will have nice scanlines and will look like a 15khz monitor. I know it can be switched to 31khz, but what does it do to the picture? Thnx!
