These, when rusty are prone to divide, but not multiply.
What i would need is a bag of them. But I can't seem to find one single piece anywhere that would fit the MTC 9000 heat sink.
Alternatively I'd drill a hole and put some nylon screw in there. But I much more trust a healthy clip.
Besides found on Hantarex stuff, where can I get these? Please.

I am currently examining the following:
http://uk.farnell.com/laird-technologie ... /dp/557730
and
http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/search/browse ... allpartial
.. no. Not there. They hade one that looked perferct, but it was too wide, 30mm. The ones used in Hantarex stuff are 23-25 mm wide.
And the proper term seems to be "Transistor Spring Clips"

Re: Retaining-clips for semiconductors
All the TV chassis I've seen have the 30mm x 6.5mm springs as in your first link. That's the size also used on Nanao chassis btw. The Hantarex ones break easily because the width is only 3mm. I think they suck and stopped looking for replacements long ago. I'd rather use the screw method. You don't need to use nylon screws: there are "kits" with screw insulators:

Thanks Prin. I'll be sure to save your link there.
Something else that crossed my mind, I could also use these:
http://www.elfa.se/elfa3~se_sv/elfa/ini ... &toc=20454
I'll just drill a hole somewhere above, and it should hold nicely.
