Monitor problem in 2D but ok in 3D ! MS29?
Hello,
i have a problem to fix on my Daytona 2 twin machine. I have a strange thing. it is on 29" 15/24. Running the game is 100% ok but in attrack mode when it is TEXT (well 2D things) the screen is like on the picture on the right, you see nothing....On 2D test menu, all is ok. What you should i do ?
PS : I did the bad guy turning buttons on the chassis and of course i kill a video board of the game...now the game is ok after the video board repair.

the screen on the right has a vertical frame collapse
text problems will be related to the model 3 board

eh?this is the strangest fault i have ever heard of
how could a monitor possibly choose to frame collapse on certain screens
anyway looks like a sanwa pm1745 monitor and not nanao-send some more photos of the screen working

bingo, and i found the manual
it is Sanwa - samsung tube 27Z21C.
To be more specific, in the attrac mode just after the pic i take , the screen can tremble before to reach the state on the pic...

once the screen has gone into collapse does it come back out of collapse if you go into test?
I.E. without powering the machine off and then on again?
