Osd issue

hi,

I have a virtua tennis 3 cabinet with sanwa 29PFX monitor.
I can't access to OSD(neither in service menu), only degauss button from remote board is working .

update:

In fact my remote control is working fine, but i just don't see the "on screen display".
i can tune my monitor , but it's not easy.

any ideas to solve this problem?

as i said , i can't enter in service menu, but it's not what i'm looking for. i just want to enter into conventional osd.

sounds like the eeprom is corrupted
if you turn up screen volts does it help

I have this exact same problem, I can adjust from what seems like an invisible osd menu. Turn screen up didn’t seem to help. What was the solution in the end?
