I picked up one of these last week and I was trying to see if anyone had any information on it. I bought it as a backup for my windy 1, but on closer inspection it has some changes from the 6643.
It is still dual 15/24 but the RGB pots have been relocated from the neck card to the front of the chassis. The neck card does not have the same ground connector, it has the one of the toshiba PF, and it came with a breakout VGA connector just like the PF.
