Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread

Bought a bundle for what could have been a good price, but turns out half of them have issues…

I’m pretty sure everything is being kept or is already spoken for, but just for my own peace of mind I’m trying to work out how badly I did on the deal…

A nice, clean, fully working Mahō Daisakusen

An immaculate, fully working Raiden Fighters with motherboard a couple of bits of art, manual, and a couple of things that look like kick harnesses (I’ve no idea what they’re for?!)

Guwange that plays great, sounds great, and has graphical glitches (almost looks like a graphical layer is above other layers that it should be beneath?!?! I’ve no idea if graphics/sprites actually work like that??!?)
PCB is immaculate

Out Zone plays great, sounds great, and has odd graphical glitches.

If it’s at all relevant to the value, the specific glitches can be seen at the bottom of the page here:- viewtopic.php?f=6&t=144&start=29660

Last one on Yahoo Japan auctions sold for ¥261,000 Yen with original artwork:

Seems like this board hardly goes up for sale these days.

Even for unconfirmed, it still sells on the higher end:

It really depends on which version you have. The top spec one 407 is pretty uncommon and not worth the price so everyone normally goes for the model below that which is the 406 i5 8gb ram. As apposed to i7 with 16gb ram. Lower spec models than the 406 usually sells for 300 - 400 dpending on condition. Buying them from yahoo japan is costly and risky too so factor that into account.

I recently bought both a Windjammers (with label) for £130, and a RBFF2 but I can't remember or find evidence of the price. I think it was near £100. Maybe slightly under.

The 120-in-1 is a good question. A few years ago the answer would be £50 but I believe they haven't been available for a long time now and they're quite desirable due to the game list. Still just a Chinese multicart though. God knows.

Thank you! Although the price for the Multicart was what I was looking for mostly.

Prices on this please?

Raiden Fighters, with MB, arts, operators manual (which is one of the coolest manuals I've seen for a PCB!), and some sort of kick harness wire thing that I assume goes with the mobo, but not necessarily this game...

Green/Blue: Between £90 and £125 depending on the phase of the moon. Often cheaper when included with a B-Board tbh.
