Well, maybe I could go a bit lower - just wanted to avoid the hassle, and just sell/trade it in one package.

The trouble is your market is extremely limited - you'd either sell to someone starting out as a collector, or someone willing to take on splitting and reselling. The former will be fussy about condition and is in short supply, and the latter will want a very keen price.

According to my calculations it ends up at 20-22 EUR/game, depending on pricing of the 3 mobos..

Shipping will be a nightmare.. 38 carts @ 480 grams = over 18 kilos and the mobos will en up at over 8 kg.. so about 26 kg in total witout the packing material..
Spliting up does'nt sound like a bad idea.. unless you find a buyer that can pick up the games at your door.

I think shipping could be done for around 50-100€ - but I will look further into it, if someone shows any interest.

I'd be interested in Andro Dunos and Super Dodge Ball if you choose to split :D

There is no way you'll find a buyer at 1k euros. Imo to price a bundle that large, start at £10 per game, then add a bit on for the more desirable ones and another £100 for the mobos.

I think £600 is a realistic price (roughly 700 euros). As others have said, you've only got two kinds of potential customers for a bundle that size, and good luck finding someone with that kind of money to spend on a large mvs collection to keep who doesn't have one already. Realistically, your only buyer is someone who is willing to put the work in to sell them on. They'll want to be looking at a good 30% profit to even consider it. You could try neo-geo.com, but the majority of the members there are in the USA and there is no way you could ship all that transatlantic and keep the price competitive.

You've maybe got an outside kind of chance of finding someone who refurbs and sells on cabs who might do you a trade for a cab they'd sell for around the 500-600 euro mark, but then you'll have to swallow a fair bit in postage. I wouldn't hold your breath though.

As others have said, your best option is to aggresively price every cart and sell them off individually. You could then raise the kind of cash you need for a cab and probably keep a mobo and a few games. If you price them up at market value, they will take forever to sell, and many won't sell at all.

Sadly, your probably right. I'll have to sit down an see what prices would be fair for the carts, and start a listing for selling them separately.

Have receive PMs about some of the games, so the interest is there.

The price guide on neo-geo.com is a good starting point, although it's not entirely up-to-date and accurate for the european market. I think about 50% of your games should sell fairly easily if the prices are right, the common ones will be much harder to shift and some of the early releases (fatal fury, world heroes) are almost valuless sadly.

AFAIK the only come us a complete caged setup with integrated mobo etc... At least the first run were like that. I think it'd run you somewhere £150+

Then you have to factor the additional cost of having me round for the weekend to help 'test' it

There's a complete cab up on Jamma+ mate might be worth it to strip, unless you already got all the gun related bits.

In a cage with mobo (as not all Naomi's can run HOTD2, it needs the older first rev) £150 tops.
