Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread

Post by RoZioN »

I just picked up a neo-geo sports point cab with a few games and I'm having trouble finding comps for a couple of them.

Seller said he had opened them all and checked so that they're original but I obviously have to do that aswell.

Japanese:
Money Puzzle exchanger
Magical drop 2
panic bomber
captain tomaday

US/EU:
Puzzle de pon
Ghost pilots
Top players golf

Any help is much appreciated!

I recently bought the €265 Money Puzzle Exchanger (with a spoiled japanese label) from sylphia here: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=43148&hilit=Money+exchanger

He's since listed another for €350. I assume this one is in better condition. I consider his pricing pretty fair.

It depends if it's the more collectable 2 layer or 1 layer version. I think £350 and £250 respectively.

User system11 had both versions for sell, both ended up sold at the same price.

Liquid Kids with a F2 motherboard is definitely worth a few quid more as the motherboard can be used with other ROM boards too. I don't know about more collectable though.

I had to buy the cheapest F2 + game to get one and it took a while.

It cost me £150. I can only say what I paid as I’ve not seen a motherboard for sale on its own. There’s a short and a long motherboard too.

I've been informed that its only worth about £75 due to low demand so I'm keeping it.
