Around 210euro at tops and that is probably one of the cheapest games they have.

Funny, there are many art sets for sale but no pcb for a decent price.

That's partly because they made many more artsets than PCBs. They reprinted this artset for their festivals and sold many of them that way.

I have a bunch of Arcadia and Gamest magazines that I'm going to try and get rid of locally.
What do these normally sell for?

I've seen Arcadia issues go from anything between 12-15 euros, depending on the content. Perhaps a Cave strategy guide for example and maybe more like 20. Thing is, after importing an issue they probably get what you paid for em back but not much more. I've not personally seen Arcadia mags go for higher, after all its a niche publication written almost entirely in Japanese.

You wish. Usually they are 20-40% too high. Furthermore, many games are 50-60% cheaper in Europe like all Konami and cps1-2 games. Or Taito or nmk, sega etc.
