Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
I'm confused,is Spike Out an actually sought after game? It's all over the place in terms of pricing.
Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
Only at Tops. This year on YAJ I've seen two bare PCBs (and a couple other ones that were full or partial kits). The first in January, sold for 157,000 yen. The second, last month, sold for 200,000 yen: https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/o332437176yosai wrote: ↑September 4th, 2019, 9:06 am~£1750 currently in Japanese PCB shops.LeopardFist wrote: ↑September 3rd, 2019, 9:50 amWhat is the going rate for Muchi Muchi Pork with no artwork?

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
I got mine from STV in around 2011/12. PCB & arts, no box. £350. Sold the arts to Mark for peanuts too.turntablism wrote: ↑September 5th, 2019, 5:42 pmI paid 700 usd for mmp about 7 years ago iirc. Pcb, artwork and a mint cave box. Bought from hk-legend.
Similar date/prices for Galuda 2, Futari and DFK.

You threw a box in too

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
It's probably due to the "value" of the video board which can be used in other Model 3 step 2 games like Sega Rally 2. They are apparently hard or impossible to repair, and it's been a while since I checked but some spare part sellers used to charge like 300-400 quid for the video board alone. It was cheaper to try and source a full boardset for Spikeout or Virtua Striker 2.

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
Bought it for €600 at MAK, PCB, artwork and box in 2008, no shipping costs or customs (customs were closed at the time of arrival back home...lucky me). I wanted to buy Pink Sweets, but they didn't have that one at the time, I bought MMP without having seen or played the game...still think it's a fantastic game.turntablism wrote: ↑September 5th, 2019, 5:42 pmI paid 700 usd for mmp about 7 years ago iirc.
