Rtype 2 sold for £115 on ebay, but that seems to have just been a good price.

No idea on this having a value (though I did see an ID conversion asking £750 on here).

It's my converted Sega rally, running 40 odd racing games (not all perfectly set up, spent most of my time on the Daytona games :D ) From MAME, Model 2, Model 3 and Vivanonno.

dual core DX11 PC, 28" crt tv so you get all the scanlines etc, running on a frontend controlled with the available buttons, not a minty restored cab but was cleaned up when bought/built, artwork is fairly good and on both side panels, would need a part dismantle to get out of the house though (bloody doorways :P ), I think that's all the basics covered, any ideas?

Piccy should be attached.

IC Vewlix Body Kit

Post by robert garcia »

Hi Fellas,

I have Hands on a Minty Vewlix L Cab.

Its the Blue AMI Version, and comes with a complete white Body Kit with the Red Decals.
The Decals are not applied Jet.

As I want to keep it blue, I would like to sell the Body Kit.
So is here any Interest for it?
And what Price could I aim for?

The Kit is located in North Germany near Hamburg.

many Thanks Kindest Regards,
Folke

Which version?

The International one is cheaper than Japanese.

International seems to be £140
Japanese £180/200

Donpachi Japanese location test / early proto board? Same as the normal JP code, serial number under 20, uses very expensive sealed ceramic ROMs with Atlus labels on them (hand written in one case) - everything socketed from the factory. Interesting piece, but one corner foot mount has snapped off.

I've only ever seen the CPS2 link cable for $160 new [here].

It looks to be a 4P link cable from your photo.

The flyer was with the link cable so I assumed it was a head to head link up. There is another with 3p and 4p connectors marked, so that probably accounts for the 2 types - I'll get a pic of the other one :)

From the angle of the Hirose connector it's a little hard to tell but if you can get some shots of both connectors I should be able to tell you which they are :thumbupright:
