Egret 3 2L8B Control Panel (2 Player 4 Button)

I was originally going to trade this for something else but someone has asked to buy it from me.
What's a fair price for it? It's in fairly decent condition as you can see from the pics.
It's just the panel and not the sticks or buttons.

Futari is still 45k to 50k in Japan, £450 is a great price.
