In The Hunt PCB with original Manual - good condition. Any ideas chaps?
You just know Alan would be saying "Mine-Mine" at this point....
Ha ha. Don't worry, he wouldn't - he knew I had an In The Hunt before the show, the only reason I got out of having to bring it was because he was supplying his own. ;)

Any ideas on prices guys, or is it a tough one to call. Original manual make any difference?

I paid £130 a few months back. I did wait a long time to find it at that price. I thought £150-180 was about right depending on version?

It's advertised for more on eBay but is anyone buying?
I sold the Extra ver for £180 with postage to Sweden. Normal one I think you're looking at £160 at the mo.

Normal one generally sells for more than EX iirc. I think £160 + postage is a fair price. BF has it up at £175. Like anything it's the market that decides the price.

If you sit on it long enough you could sell it for £175 Im sure.

Yes its the riverservice one - I sold my last one for £50 delivered.

XRGB2 with PSU, Leads & manual - a fair bit on YAJ, with fees & shipping you wouldn't see much change from £150 maybe a little more as for PCB's its the best one to get.

XRGB2 Plus are going for 15K and XRGB3 for 24K.

Naomi2 with VF4 cart £150-170?

£120-130ish for International. I don't think the japanese one is worth much more as it's easy to burn 2 new rom chips, it's an easy and reversible conversion

You'd not think so, but the original ROM chips (and the labels on them) make a big difference.

Well I'm sure others will have a better idea of the price of the japanese version, but I haven't seen one sell for much more then intenational

In the West I’d say no more than £160 for a Japanese board. I think one sold for £145 not too long ago. £130-140 for a International vesion.

It’s not just the eproms either. It’s easy to tell if it’s a rom swap or international the board has Atlus printed on it too.

I’m actually after a Japanese board, so if it is one, then give me a shout :awe:

Actually im after it too :D

and the discuss about rom swap etc is very good to hear, cause i'm looking for an original one (not swapped)
or better, original japanese one (cause obv the internationl is "original" too).

So basically you can say looking at the board if the eprom(s?) are swapped or not?
recap:
international have Atlus printed logo on it
Eproms got a particular label in wich case?
what else?

other way around. Japan has Atlus printed on it (as do all the older cave pcbs that got international releases)

Getting nothing in the way of trades, so input on prices appreciated on the following. (all legit boards, working 100%)

Image
Neo Bomber man, some doughnut has written on it as you can see

Image
Metal Slug X, nice blue cart, tiny fold near the SNK logo, you could stick it down if you wanted :)

Image
Metal Slug 2, as pictured.

Image
Pop'N'Bounce, couple of minute dinks out of the label as pictured.

Image
Sonic Wings 3, none matching box and cart, cart in nice condition.

Image
Waku Waku 7, fake as the day is long label, but boards legit :D

Image
Rough, serials dinked out, rip down the middle of the label, works though  :D
