Would absolutely love an SNK Candy 25 or 26.
Only interested in one with a chrome CP surround (unless the price really is right on one with the white CP).
Ideally with the rotate mech, but not essential.
Also, Espgaluda II, PCB only as I’m trying to save a few quid, and ideally in the UK to avoid import tax.
I’ve seen the couple of kits available, but if I can save £500+ buy getting a straight PCB, that’s definitely my preference!
Could ‘possibly’ be talked into trading a Windy II or even my restored, big Electrocoin six slot Neo cab for/towards the right Candy. Possibly…

I’ve done some googling, but this place is probably as good a resource as anywhere on the net…
Best I can tell, the 26 has a rotate mech, and the 25 is the variant with the chrome CP surround, and there’s no cab with both?
Both are JAMMA wired, both cater for 15kHz and 24kHz, and can be used tate (obviously the one with a rotate mech can!).
I might be interested in a Windy instead of the Candy.
Would still much prefer the SNK Candy, but I’d be very happy to have a Windy as my tate cab sitting next to the Windy II.
Starting to worry about getting hold of Espgaluda II too.
Was offered a PCB for $1200 US, but it was right when I bought Batrider and I simply couldn’t do both at once.
Since then I’ve seen a few kits come up at €1800. Each time the next kit is in slightly worse condition than the kit before, but each sells for the same price regardless.
Anyone got a PCB they want to go to a good home before I’m priced out of the hobby?
I think I must've been imsunderstood because the picture posted actually illustrates my point.. I can say with a high degree of confidnece that:
The cab pictured above - a Candy 25 - doesn't have a rotate mechanism.
The cab pictured above has the same dimiensions as an MVSU4 and is, superficial matters aside, essentially the same cab.
the cab pictured is meaningfully shallower than a Candy26/25, and as such I don't think it could physically accomodate a rotation mechanism.
I've never seen a Candy26/25 cab (i.e. the one with the rotate mechanism) with a chrome cp surround.
Having said that, I think that the CP surrounds are probably interchangable between all of the cabs mentioned above (from memory, when I had one of each type in my house, they were the same dimensions), so you could probably get a chrome cp surround and put it on a Candy26/25.
If I could find one, with a rotate mech, I could chrome the CP myself, bung on a 1l6b panel, move on three other cabs, and I’d be left with a matching pair of U4 for all things NG, and the Candy for everything else.
I’ve got a 2p extender on the way, so on the rare occasions there might be some two player stuff going on then player 2 can be on the 27inch Multisync monitor via a supergun, and that same monitor can take care of all things 31kHz.
