Sanwa sticks.

Post by CPS2 »

I want to buy some more sticks and buttons for my Astro and my Astro Supergun. I've done some research and need some help.

My current sticks are Sanwa in both, but the mounting plates are all different. How can I tell which is which and what the part numbers do I need to order.

Are Gremlin the best place to buy from

Thanks

I’ve got a lot of brand new JLF-8’s kicking about, but they are the 5 pin version & don’t have the recessed mounting plate. Fit straight into an E2 or AWSD panel.

If you do manage to find the correct plate to fit JLF’s in an astro please let me know where.

I thought about drilling holes in the LS-32 mounting plates that I have (as I have 2 spare now) but they are near impossible to find, so decided against it.

Do the plates matter... I've got the original ones, and just need replacement sticks.

You can get them without the mounting plates (from me if you need them), but
edit:

I must have been hitting the crack pipe hard last night.

The original Astro Panels had Semitsu LS32s fitted (No 5 pin JST) S shaped mounting plate
It looks like JLF-TP-8Y are all 5 pin JSTs

How much for some JLFs then??

My Astro CP is a Sanwa one, so mounting should be easy,

I've had a look at...

not sure what the differences are between

JLF-TP-8YT
JLF-TP-8YT-SK
