New Astro Hinge

Hi there,
These Astro hinge (CQN-1055) was quite rusty. I sanded them first, then I had them treated two different ways : A is nickel plated, B is zinc plated.
Nickel plating/layer is too thick, too bright, and too far from the original texture of the hinge. The zinc plated is visualy much better, but thiner and leaves visible traces when of the rust, when rust is deep eat up.
To get a nice zinc plated hinge Id need a hinge without rust (it can have rust but not too deep).
If one of you does have a hinge in good cosmetic condition, pls let me know. Thank you!
