New Astro rewiring
Good evening,
I'd like to dedicate this topic to the re-wiring of my cab. 2nd & 3rd connectors (from the left) based on that plate are certainly 1 player & 2 player, what about the others?

Sound/1P/2P/Kick Harness/Ground (I think)
Astro City is only a letter away from atrocity. Makes you think doesn’t it?

Re: New Astro rewiring
I see.
Why 2 pins for ground? Also, why a sound connector at this place? They could simply wire it from the jamma to the speakers.
That cab looks to be more complex than the Pony I rewired last year. I also notified a buch of masses hokking everywere. Do they all connected to the mass 2 pin connector?

Re: New Astro rewiring
It only uses one of the pins in the cabs that I've had. Possibly a deliberately added spare?
When rotating the monitor, the whole of the front bezel (including speakers) needs to be removed, so the quick disconnect in the control panel comes in very handy.

Re: New Astro rewiring
Yep, only one pin, you're right.
Concerning the speakers : logical, thanks
On the back, there is an electrical board containing the noise filter, then another little box I don't know it's name and use. Can I have a shematic for the whole wiring of that back board?

Re: New Astro rewiring
I know, but the manual don't say what's the ''Terminal 20A 2P' for (the purpose/the use).

Re: New Astro rewiring
Having made some wrong answers recently I'm prepared this may be wrong, but from looking at the manual... it's a 2 pole 20 amp terminal block. It connects a bunch of wires together.
