SNK SC19-4 harness & power supply questions

Hi there, I recently acquired a snk sc19 and it's going to need a full harness. Where could purchase another or have one made. Also, had a question about the power supply in there. The terminals label is missing, is there someone who has a sc19 that could pm me a close up picture of their power supply with the label. BTW, it still has the original power supply. The power supply reference is : SNK 50-525





This one is a 100/110V AC , +12V, +5V, -5V

You can use any classic power supply.
