Windy 2 I/O

One of my Windy 2s has the older type fanless power supplies. Besides being extremely noisy, lately its been getting extremely hot. I plan on replacing it with a NVS 4000 power supply, but I am hung up on one part: What voltage does the I/O run off of? I do plan on making adapters so that I can switch back to the konami psu if I ever find one of the later revisions.
