How to get in a Sega Aero City CP with no key

Hi

I've just bought my second Aero City but it has no keys. Keys set for my another Aero City doesn't open locks in new one.
Is anyone able to give me advice on how to get at the CP? I open main door from behind but it doesnt give me a way to open CP.
I was considering using a drill to drill locks, but to open the panel you had to twist two keys at the same time...

So they're magnetic locks like the Sega 5380? If they are, you can forget trying to pick them. That means your only viable option is to drill both locks.
