RetroBrighting Impress.

So I have a Capcom impress being shipped to me right now from Yaton and I anticipate it being incredibly yellow. I plan to retro bright it and am trying to get together my materials before it arrives. Any tips for lights to use so I can retrobright indoors? I get direct sunlight from my balcony for a few hours in the morning but my apartment is on the third floor so there's no backyard and once the cab comes up it's not going down for a few years.

Everyone is lightbrighting nowadays, check these out, no chemcals, just left out in the Sun. Maybe you could just stick the yellow bits on the balcony?

Yeah I saw a video about that but the poster had nowhere near the results in these tweets. Like I said, I live in a third story apartment which makes this more complicated but if it really works, I'm not opposed to rotating my cab on the balcony for a week or two.

Thanks for the heads up. I had it in my head that this was a myth. Or rather that maybe the peroxide in retrobrighting is just a catalyst that makes it work way faster.

It is, but it also damages the plastic. The sun method is superior

Has anyone actually done this - I was under the impression it was UV sunlight that causes yellowing - isn't this just a big troll?
