Connection issue in Initial D 3 Cab

Hey All,
Having the hardest time figuring out this card reader. I've gotten alot fixed although cannot get past a "Connection Issue" with the card reader. The reader powers up on boot and I can hear it turn on, although in the settings / test mode its giving a connection error.
I have all the panels removed and have checked all connections underneath and confirmed all are connected.
Any ideas? Does anyone have a electrical diagram specifically for the card reader and where it connects to the board?
