about step down transformer
I just bought an airlink 750VA 100v for two cabinets, now I have 96-97Volt output from the transformer. Before with a normal stepdown I had 118v. Do you confirm that 96-97v are OK?

Nice plate.
Japanese electricity is 100v. 96v will be fine.

+/- 10% should be fine.
UK mains isn't always stable - at work we get 224V during the day and it creeps up to 232V at night (that's what the UPS in our office states anyway).
I've been using an Airlink 1Kva 100VAC transformer for at least 5 years and it's never let me down.
