Hello,
I'm on the way to order a fuse of 125v 3A to put inside my fuse holder ''250v 10A''.
(If it can help, the fuse inside my PSU (Sanwa SWN-7F) is ''250v 3A'').
Can I put a lower voltage fuse inside a higher voltage fuse holder?
p.s. here are some precisions who may help:
1. I looked after the specs of my old fuse but there isn't wrote any on it, so I really don't know its voltage.
2. another detail: inside my older PSU, a Sharp (which I used before the Sanwa), the fuse was 125v 4A.

Re: FUSE voltage
the voltage does not really have a influence on the fuse- 125v 3a fuse, just stick in a 250v 3a fuse
only thing I look out for is what type of fuse - ceramic, anti surge, quick blow, time delay

Re: FUSE voltage
hello
To place a 125v fuse inside a 250v fuse holder is ok, but since my PSU have 250v fuse, wouldn't be any problem?
