How to fix a hacked up control panel?
So i have a project cab im working on. When i got it the CP had been americanized. They cut out the bracket for the joysticks. Is there any way to replace them?

What type of panel? Unless it's rare there are plenty of cheap repros now which would probably be a better option.

Yeah it can be fixed.
There are punch posts that can be pressed into those holes. I don't have the technical name handy but it's in my files at home. If someone else doesn't give you the actual name I'll make sure to pass it along.
Franco has used these for panels before

To fill the holes? Because they aren’t original. That’s only half my problem. Lol. Need to find some brackets to weld on.Daniel B. wrote:Yeah it can be fixed.

If you don't have the bracket, you can get a solution like my spacers, you would need to solder some bolts first. It's a lot of work, but your stick will sit at the right height. It's what I do for my custom panels.
