I know they're impossible to eradicate cleanly, particularly since the one on the right has burned through the white paint. I figure anything would look better than these, so what's the best option to cover them up? Looking for a type of paint and a technique, I know nothing about painting or that kind of work. It doesn't have to be a perfect restoration as if they weren't there, just want to make them not so obvious.
