Can anyone provide some information on these?
Are they for System 246 only, or do they also work with 256? I don't have a 246 myself, so I can't test that, and the connector on the 256 for PS2 controllers is not the same as the cable in my Cyberlead.
Also what games are compatible?

According to that only a pro wrestling game and a baseball game are supported. Maybe they did release more?

I'd still like to know how to physically connect them though! Then I could test others (and test the ports).
