Today I started with my Astro PSU, I opened it and found 1 a swollen capacitor 2 blown fuse. I proceed to replace those and once done it I proceed to test the DC outs but still dead...
I tested some continuities and discovered that the 5v and ground have continuity is that normal? I checked and see that both traces are connected by a series of capacitors, which have continuity, while the new capacitor I installed doesn't, just a short beep when I touch it with the proves. Is this normal?
Any idea what to look for next?

Re: Astro PSU capacitor behavior
A capacitor sucks in its capacity then becomes conductive when it discharges. Your meter, charged the positive side.
