Re: VS kit for linking cabinets
For linking Jamma cabs, you can find lots of looms on YJA.
If you want to link NNCs to play JVS, Mo at Videotronics may have some of the JVS splitter (if that's the correct term for it) pcbs that are often found in these cabs.

Thanks !
How should I write in Japanese for searching that versus kit ?
( for JAMMA cabinets )
Also , linking 2 cabinets with 2 joysticks each one , would let play cooperative 3/4 players games like Dungeons and Dragons?

Re: VS kit for linking cabinets
I think for dungeons and dragons you may need a different loom(?) but I have seen them listed, again on YJA as D&D loom, so I would imagine that is what those specific ones are for.
I don't know the Japanese, but Bing is usually quite good at translations for that sort of thing (as long as you know why people call the items!) but all I do is use the Buyee tab and convert the text to English, then browse the category;)

Re: VS kit for linking cabinets
I've found that they're quite easy to make with the **** chinese looms you can get.
You need 3 of them and they're about £6 each. You need to modify them a bit. Solder a few extra wires, and replace a few.
The rest can be crimped.
I need to make another one up for a tournament at the weekend, if anyone is interested i'll document the process.

Re: VS kit for linking cabinets
Cool no probs, I'll have to make one up on Thurs or Fri so can post up details then. It's actually possible with just two of these looms, but i've ended up having to use an extra one as an extension. The plus side is though, that this way it's easier to split apart when you want to move the cabs.
I mainly host fighting game events at the moment; this Saturday we've got tournaments for: KOF XIV, SF3:3S, ST, TTT2, GGXRD, SFV and KI: https://www.facebook.com/events/911143122364371/
The 3S guys have been crowdfunding some CPS3 boards for their community, they currently have two setups at Violent City but we're hoping to get a third into play in time for Sat which is why i'll need to get a new VS loom together
