whats the difference?? jlf Battop vs jlw Battop joysticks

Looking around to get an idea of the differences between the
Sanwa JLW-UM-8 Bat Handle Joystick, 4 & 8-Way
and the
JLF-TP-8T Ball Handle Joystick, 4 & 8-Way Adjustable with bat handle accessory

I know that the JLF has a PCB for switches which i dont like cause it means more work to change them.

I really wanted to know the difference in feel for 8 way only, and the height difference of the bats?

Cant see from any pics but do the switches on the jlw have levers???? **EDIT** yes they have levers

Why dont they make a circle limiter at all???

The JLW-UM-8 has a thicker shaft than JLF or the JLW-TM. The bat top is the the same LB30N. They include a threaded adapter so it will mount to any their sticks.

Sanwa does make a circular guide (what you call "limiter") for JLW -- part# is "GT-O". For some reason they don't show it online.

JLW has a tighter spring, so the throw feels heavier

The mounting plate is a different shape, more square

If you buy the bat-top JLW-U There's only one ball-top that fits it (40mm) if you decided to switch it futher down the line
