Haha sorry, it's a (Sega stock?) adapter loom for connecting a NVS4000 PSU in a New Astro City cabinet. Without it the demag coil, power switch and audio amp don't work if I understand correctly.
If anybody knows what the part number of the cable is that would be awesome.

I found one on YAH which I managed to acquire with the help of rancor, a member here on the boards

That's the PSU I've got in my NAC, is it not stock? Does this one have a built in sound amp? I haven't really tinkered with it.
Edit: looks like it does, I should get sound stereo wiring for this...
